Land O’ Lakes is conveniently located within half an hour of two prestigious universities: the University of South Florida and the University of Tampa.

Living expenses in Land O’ Lakes add up to $36,570 per year for an individual. This is lower than the national average of $38,433, but it’s still close to the cost of living in Florida at $36,375.
